Advanced Study Group
Meditation and Yog Philosophy in a small group of max.10 participants
Participating in the Advanced Study Group will help you strengthen your personal experience and knowledge of Meditation and Yog Philosophy. In this series of nine 2-hour seminars we study and discuss an inspiring text of non-dual scripture by Swami Shyam, exploring how the yogic principles apply to our own lives and how we cultivate them within ourselves.
Our meetings give you the means to remain inspired in your personal Saadhanaa (spiritual practice) and in your Meditation Practice. The sessions include ample space for you to enjoy Meditation in a group and they provide a safe space for questions and answers regarding your self-inquiry and personal Saadhanaa.
Our lovely group of like-minded Saadhaks (practitioners of Saadhanaa) meets once a month. This is an Advanced Study Group for Meditation- and Yoga Teachers as well as motivated students who have been practicing Meditation for a while.
